Christopher Alan (Chris) Young was born on 12th of June in 1985 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He's an american country music artist, who was declared the winner of the television program Nashville star in 2006 - a singing competition which airs on the USA networks. After winning, he signed to RCA Records Nashville, and released his self-titled album.
On September 1st, 2009, Chris Young released his second album, “The Man I Want to Be”, with two songs, ‘The Man I Want to Be’, and ‘Gettin’ You Home’ both reaching #1 on the US Billboard Country Charts. He will be touring with Rascal Flatts and Luke Bryan in the year 2011.
