URERE, Latin for burning, A word that fits perfectly for what KRATER stands in their musical direction and lyrical imagery. A blazing torch that starts as a smoldering ember and ends in a raging fire taking everything away. The honest fury that becomes an inner madness, burning you from inside. URERE is the 3rd full length record for KRATER. Created with blasting whirlwinds, and the gloom of low tempo, URERE was composed with the mind of combining the most diverse musical outbreaks to create a fitting soundtrack of reflection for a disturbed personal vision. The music and lyrics hover in a state of hate, lunacy, frustration and cathartic outbreaks. URERE speaks to the listener on numerous levels, using influences of Black-, Death- and Doom-Metal in synergy with different vocal styles from screaming, choirs, and whispers.
