‘Brian Wilson’ is the eponymous debut solo album by Brian Wilson originally released in July 1988 on Sire Records. It was voted one of the best albums of 1988 by NME, and as part of its acclaim, garnered the nickname "Pet Sounds '88" among some critics.

Brian worked with an array of collaborators on the album including his therapist Eugene Landy, Wilson themed the album around love and spirituality exemplified by the lead single "Love and Mercy".

The expanded edition has been unavailable since 2009. It will be made available again on May 18th
