Attack on Titan is the upcoming fantasy action film based on the manga series of the same name. Directed by Shinji Higuchi (Gamera Trilogy, Lorelei), Attack on Titan tells the story of a world besieged by massive skinless humanoids called Titans. A century after the Titans emerged and began their destructive wave, the surviving members of humanity live in small pockets surrounded by massive walls designed to keep the monsters at bay. But when the Titans reappear and the walls around the town are breached, three friends vow to stop the creatures once and for all.
Shiro Sagisu, the famed composer of the smash anime series Bleach and Rebuild of Evangelion, scored the film with signature grandeur and scope. The roar of brass and strings mixed with chanting vocals invokes the ominous nature of Attack on Titan’s signature villains and their gargantuan scale.
