Fahrenheit 451 is an upcoming dystopian film directed by Ramin Bahrani (At Any Price, 99 Homes) based off the classic book by Ray Bradbury and starring Michael B. Jordan (Black Panther, Creed). Set in a distant future where books are banned and ordered burned when discovered, the film followed Guy Montag (Jordan) – one of the so-called firemen charged with this responsibility. Under the watchful eye of his superior (Michael Shannon), Montag goes about his work without question, believing he
is helping humanity. This all changes when he meets another person whom makes him challenge his own convictions to the core. Fahrenheit 451 will be premiered at the Cannes Film Festival, and then broadcasted worldwide late May on HBO.
The score to Fahrenheit 451 was written and performed by Australian composers Matteo Zingales & Antony Partos. Both fixtures in the Australian music scene and long term members of Sonar Music, the leading music composer’s collective in the country, the duo has crafted a dark, brooding score that simmers and crackles with electronic tones in all the right places. Milan Music is pleased to be releasing the CD soundtrack to Fahrenheit 451 on June 15th, 2018.
