Nearly five years after their previous effort, SKA-P returns with a new album called "99%". Recorded and produced once again by Tony Lopez, who has achieved a spectacular sound.

"99%" is a statement, a claim to stop the overwhelming oppression of this society. An wake up call to fight against all these speculators, looters, oppressors and liars. SKA-P does not want to stay silent in front of the financial brutality and the sacking that the people is living at this moment from those in charge, where a minority controls a large majority under the power of the scheme of an obsolete economic system designed to squeeze the people. Straightforward lyrics, without mincing words, telling all the truth about this economic dictatorship, and that only the struggle and revolution are left for a hopeless nation.

"99%" includes 15 tracks that will leave no doubts. A solid base with a remarkable percussive work, guitars that find the perfect equilibrium between the strength of rock, the aggression of punk, the relaxation of Reggae and the rhythm of SKA. Seasoned by an outstanding and impressive horn section and a spectacular vocal performance. And of course, with the sound of a well-known blend with it's own identity: the SKA-P sound.

A mixture of sounds, collected during their international tours, which is captured in these 15 tracks, with titles like "Victoria", "Ska-pa", "Se Acabó", "Pandemia", "Ciudadano Papagayo" ....A hymn to a revolution won by a small town that resists against the invaders like "Marinaleda". A statement for those who fight against fascism like "Maquis", or against the big brother watching us and invading our privacy like "Bajo Vigilancia" and another claim for the intentionally forgotten continent like "Africa Agónica".

The complete album will be released in march but two songs, "Canto a la Rebelión" and "Se Acabó", will be released on february 5th. There's no doubt about it, you won't remain indifferent to this album. SKA-P will start another world tour where their concerts will turn, once again, into a big party, carrying a message of battle, revolution and freedom for a better world that is possible only if we keep on fighting.
