Eroika

Eroika

The first time the general public became aware of Eroika, a trio of three exceptional vocalists, was in 2007 when they released their adaptation of Omar Nabers song Stop. Matjaž Robavs (Baritone), Aljaž Farasin (tenor) and Metod Žunec (tenor) are classically educated and trained singers, who have united lovers of opera and popular music. A well thought out combination of talent, beauty, sophistication, voice capabilities and adaptations of perpetual hits in pop opera genre is their formula for success.
Their debut album Eroika, with fresh interpretations of famous Slovenian hits Ko Zvonovi Zapojo, Stop, Dan Ljubezni, Namesto Koga Roža Cveti, Solinar, Ko Mene Več Nebo and others as well as a spanish cover version of a big hit Ti Si Mi V Krvi, became, in a very short time, one of the best selling albums in Slovenia and earned itself a platinum record because of the number of copies it sold.
