Clutching At Straws was Marillion’s fourth studio album and the last studio album to feature Fish on vocals.

The album charted at number 2 in the UK and also included three UK top 40 singles "Incommunicado", "Sugar Mice" and "Warm Wet Circles".

Clutching At Straws (Deluxe Edition) will be released as a 5LP box set and a 4CD + Blu-ray box set on 23rd November 2018 plus standard digital and hi-res digital version of Live at the Edinburgh Playhouse (19/12/1987) (Please note Clutching At Straws (2018 Andy Bradfield & Avril Mackintosh Re-Mix) will not be available in hi-res)

The LP Box will contain Clutching At Straws (2018 Andy Bradfield & Avril Mackintosh Re-Mix) and Live at the Edinburgh Playhouse (19/12/1987) (2018 Michael Hunter Remix) across 5LPs.

The CD + Blu-ray Box will contain Clutching At Straws (2018 Andy Bradfield & Avril Mackintosh Re-mix), Live at the Edinburgh Playhouse 1987 (2018 Michael Hunter Mix) and Clutching At Straws (1999 Remaster Demos + Previously unreleased Demos) on the CDs and on the BluRay ‘Clutching At Straws (2018 Andy Bradfield & Avril Mackintosh Re-mix)’ 48/24 PCM  Stereo Remix,48/24 LPCM Master Audio 5.1 Mix and 48/24 DTS Master Audio 5.1 Mix,  “The Last Straw” Clutching At Straws Documentary, Promo films 3 tracks, Clutching At Straws (Original 1987 Album Mix) plus 3 Bonus audio tracks.
